Nursing Acuity Staffing System
The Ohio State University Medical Center

Relevance: One of the components of this project defined contemporary staffing patterns associated
with Nursing Outcomes Classifications (NOC) to focus on patient care related to acuity needs.
Role: Developed an IT system and supported educational programs to align NOC and metric system
associated with optimizing staffing practices
